Before you book.
Can I come solo?
Most JetQuest travelers book solo. The itinerary is built so you meet the group on night one, and the group chat starts before the trip so nobody arrives as a stranger.
Is it safe?
Hosts are on the ground for the entire trip, hotels are vetted in advance, and ground transportation for scheduled activities is arranged by JetQuest, not left to you to figure out.
How do roommates work?
The Double package pairs you with a same-gender roommate matched by JetQuest. Prefer your own room? Choose the Single package or add the private room supplement at checkout.
Are there payment plans?
Yes. A deposit locks your price, then you pay the balance in installments until the final payment date. PayPal (including PayPal's pay-later options) and Zelle are both accepted.
What happens after I book?
You get an instant confirmation, a waiver to sign, a welcome email sequence with trip prep details, and access to the group chat plus your trip inside the JetQuest app.
What if my plans change?
