Fully refundable for 48 hours after booking. After that, trip credit based on how far out you cancel.

Cancellation Tiers
Fully refundable to your original payment method for 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours: 60 or more days before departure, a full refund in JetQuest trip credit; 30 to 59 days before departure, a 50% refund in JetQuest trip credit; under 30 days, no refund.
Within 48 hours of booking: full refund
Cancel within 48 hours of booking and every dollar you paid goes back to your original payment method. This applies no matter how close to departure you book.
60 or more days before departure: 100% trip credit
After the first 48 hours, cancel 60 or more days before the trip start date and you get a full refund in JetQuest trip credit, not cash. Trip credit is usable for one year.
30 to 59 days before departure: 50% trip credit
Cancel 30 to 59 days before the trip start date and you get 50% of what you paid back as JetQuest trip credit, usable for one year.
Under 30 days: no refund
Cancellations fewer than 30 days before the trip start date get no refund and no credit. Reservations are not transferable.
Why Refunds Are Limited
To secure the best rates and ensure a seamless experience, we immediately use funds to book accommodations, transportation, and trip essentials, most of which are non-refundable. That's why we're unable to offer flexible refunds outside the terms above.
