Cancellation Tiers
100% refund
Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking are fully refunded.
50% credit
Cancellations made more than 90 days before the trip start date receive 50% of the amount paid as future-trip credit, usable within one year (excluding non-refundable down payments on payment plans).
No refund or credit
Cancellations made within 90 days of the trip start date are not eligible for a refund or credit. Reservations are non-transferable.
Why Refunds Are Limited
To secure the best rates and ensure a seamless experience, we immediately use funds to book accommodations, transportation, and trip essentials, most of which are non-refundable. That's why we're unable to offer flexible refunds outside the terms above.
