30-Day Product Return Period:
Unless you have a separate agreement with JetQuest, or except as provided below, refunds may be made if requested and approved by JetQuest within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase on the invoice for a refund or credit of the purchase price paid. After the 30-Day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first 30 days after their purchase to ensure it meets your needs.
Products like [NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS] are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Note that your refund or credit may be reduced by the cost of shipping and handling fees and any applicable restocking fees. Any products returned to JetQuest without prior authorization from JetQuest will be considered an unauthorized return, and you will not receive a refund or credit for the product and JetQuest will not ship the product back to you.
All approved returns must be received by JetQuest within 7 calendar days of the return approval date, otherwise, the amount of the refund or credit may be reduced or eliminated.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 calendar days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Travel and Trip Refund Policy
We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance. Cancellation request made within 48 hours will receive a full refund. Cancellation request made before the 90 day threshold before the trip are eligible to receive a partial refund credit to use towards another trip. (Initial down payments on payment plans are not refundable). Cancellation request made after the 90-day threshold prior to the trip are not eligible for refunds. In the event of an unforeseen act of God or circumstances beyond our control, we may provide refund credits as a gesture of goodwill. Please note that this is subject to case-by-case evaluation, and we appreciate your understanding in such exceptional situations. Your reservation is not transferable.
