Account and profile: your name, username, email, password, photo, bio and travel preferences.

Booking and payment: the trips you book, traveler details, emergency contacts, and billing details; card numbers are collected and processed by our payment partners, and JetQuest does not store your full card number.

Content you create: posts, comments, photos, and direct messages you share in the Connect community.

Device and usage: app version, device type, language, and basic interaction data that keeps the app working and secure.

Photos and camera: only when you choose to add a profile photo or attach an image to a post.

To create and manage your account; to take bookings and process payments and payment plans; to coordinate trips with your host and co-travelers; to power the Connect community; to send booking, payment and safety notifications; to provide customer support; to keep the service secure and prevent abuse; and to comply with our legal obligations.

Trip hosts and co-travelers see the traveler details needed to run your trip, plus your public profile and anything you post in a trip community.

Payment and financing partners process payments, payment plans, and Buy-Now-Pay-Later financing.

Service providers host our systems, send notifications, and provide analytics, under contract and only as needed.

Legal and safety: we share information when required by law or to protect the safety of travelers. We do not sell your personal information.

You can review and edit your profile, manage notifications, and control marketing at any time in the app. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information; to exercise these rights, contact us at info@jetquest.net.

You can delete your account directly in the app under Settings, then Delete Account, which removes your profile and content from the app. We may retain a limited record of completed bookings and payments where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes. You can also request deletion by emailing info@jetquest.net.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. After deletion we remove or anonymize your data, except where we must keep records to meet legal obligations.

JetQuest is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or book a trip. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. JetQuest operates internationally, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own, with appropriate protections in place.
